Early bird swims 7.30am - 8.45am.
General opening: 10.00am - till 5.00pm.

Evening: 6.30pm - till 9pm.

Tuesday:
General opening:

9am - till 4pm.

Adults only 6.00pm - 9.00pm

Wednesday:
General opening: 7.30am - till 5pm.

evening: 6.30pm - till 7.45pm.
Adults only 8pm - 9pm.

Thursday:
General opening: 10am - till 9pm

Friday:
General opening: 7.30am - 5pm.

Evening: 6.30pm - till 9pm.

Saturday/Sunday:
General opening: 9am - pool cleared 5.00pm.

Sauna opening times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

9am - 9pm

Thursday

10am - 9pm

Saturday and Sunday

9am - 5pm
 

This is a mixed sauna so costumes must be worn at all times.
